Originally from New Jersey, Martha moved to Colorado in 2016 after spending much of her career in hospital medicine before transitioning to aesthetic medicine. Her extensive medical background provides the clinical expertise and safety protocols that set ProMD Health Lafayette apart in the competitive local aesthetic landscape.

Discovering her passion for helping patients feel confident through aesthetic treatments and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), Martha, alongside Jennifer Aponte, launched ProMD Health Lafayette. Martha’s approach emphasizes building a team that promotes natural results and personalized treatment plans, ensuring each client receives care tailored to their unique aesthetic goals and medical history.

As a mother of two daughters, Martha understands the importance of balance, confidence, and authentic connections—principles that guide her patient care philosophy. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking with her black lab, Remi, collecting passport stamps through international travel, and spending quality time with friends. This love for adventure and connection translates into the warm, personalized atmosphere clients experience at ProMD Health Lafayette.

Dr. Latham is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and artistic vision to her role as Medical Director at ProMD Health Lafayette. A Colorado native, she grew up in Evergreen and has practiced Aesthetic Medicine since 2018. She is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best—naturally.

Her philosophy centers on enhancing each individual’s unique features while promoting long-term skin health and prevention. She believes in the power of subtle, effective treatments, daily sunscreen, and early care to maintain a youthful, vibrant appearance.

Now in her late 40s, Dr. Latham is also a strong advocate for hormone replacement therapy as a tool to support energy, wellness, and confidence throughout every stage of life.

When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Latham enjoys the Colorado outdoors with her two teenagers, often backcountry skiing or mountain biking. Her goal at ProMD Health is simple: to help every patient radiate their natural beauty while living their most vibrant, empowered life.

Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, Leah is a graduate of Chatham University’s Physician Assistant program. After obtaining her degree, Leah delved into the world of aesthetics, specializing in both surgical and non-surgical procedures. Over time, Leah has honed her skills in injectables, laser treatments, skin health, and hormone wellness. When not practicing medicine, Leah immerses herself in painting and exploring various art forms. Her profound love for creating art beautifully complements her medical profession. This fusion of art and science enables Leah to craft a unique approach to aesthetics, one that underscores the seamless blend of beauty and well-being.

Georgia is a graduate with a degree in physiology from the University of Wyoming and has a strong passion for learning and personal growth. Writing is one of her favorite hobbies, and she loves connecting with others through her words. When she’s not immersed in her work or studies, Georgia enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, biking, or taking walks with her poodle, who absolutely loves their daily adventures. She also has two younger siblings who keep life fun and full of energy. Above all, Georgia is deeply passionate about helping others and making people feel their best, both inside and out. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey.

Jennifer, the lead injector at ProMD Health Columbia, brings years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for aesthetic and anti-aging medicine.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and went on to earn her Master of Medical Science and Physician Assistant certification from Anne Arundel Community College in partnership with St. Francis University in 2012. She began her medical career in Obstetrics and Gynecology before transitioning to Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care, where she practiced for over seven years.

Her passion lies in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, particularly treatments like lasers, biostimulators, and hormone therapy. Jennifer is dedicated to helping patients not only look their best but also feel younger, healthier, and more energized through personalized hormone therapy and wellness services. She’s committed to achieving natural, refreshed results that enhance her patients’ confidence while preserving their authentic beauty.

Jennifer resides in Catonsville, Maryland with her husband and their two dogs. Together, they have five grown children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, decorating, hiking, spending time outdoors, and relaxing at the beach whenever she can.
